This site is a labor of love and devotion to providing good, solid information about topics that are important to a population of people known as "Baby Boomers." Why Baby Boomers? Well the gray in my beard is not lint...nor is it coloring or effects. I am what I write about. I became motivated to do this because I've noticed that so many of us either have chosen to live in accordance to a mindset that falsely makes us think that we are still 20, or we've totally ignored good judgment in our decision making. Either way, we have diminished our quality of life and say that our choices are lifestyle choices. Well, I offer this in honesty. I know the script because it reflects something that I am most familiar with.
